Originally shown as a television special in 1995 on Fox, the video presented Carey performing a concert to celebrate and promote her fourth studio album, Daydream, and to help prepare her and her crew for her 1996 Daydream World Tour. Carey performed five songs from Daydream - "Fantasy," "One Sweet Day," "Always Be My Baby," "Open Arms," and "Forever" - in addition to six of her older hits: "Vision of Love," "Make It Happen," "I'll Be There," "Dreamlover," "Hero," and "Without You."
The video release comes with two bonus music videos of "One Sweet Day" and theC&C Video Edit of "Anytime You Need a Friend." Performances of "Vision of Love," "Make It Happen," "Fantasy," and "One Sweet Day" from this concert would later be compiled into audio release as official live versions on commercial/promo singles.

Fantasy: Mariah Carey at Madison Square Garden was re-released in 2008 as part of Mariah Carey: DVD Collection, a 2DVD set including also #1's. The video is presented in a slightly altered version, omitting Carey's introduction of her band members preceding "Vision of Love," segments of the outro that features Ol' Dirty Bastard, segments of her waving to the crowd at the conclusion of the concert, and the credit of "Joy To The World - From St. John The Divine" as that performance was not included on the VHS or DVD version of this release.

Seeking an original way to promote the newly-released Beggars Banquet, The Rolling Stones concocted the idea of recording a live extravaganza of music with a circus theme. They also invited guests to perform, among whom John Lennon (with Yoko Ono), The Who, Eric Clapton (fresh from the break-up of Cream), Taj Mahal and Mick Jagger's then-current girlfriend, Marianne Faithfull, all took part. Led Zeppelin were initially considered, but their spot ended up going to Jethro Tull (then featuring future Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi) instead. Specially for the occasion, Lennon, Clapton, Keith Richards and Mitch Mitchell (of The Jimi Hendrix Experience) would form a one-time alliance entitled The Dirty Mac.

Recorded on 11 December into the wee hours of the following day, the final results of most acts was positive, except for The Rolling Stones' performance (including the first ever appearance of "You Can't Always Get What You Want"), which they themselves felt was somewhat flat in places and lacked spark, especially when compared with both The Who's standout performance of "A Quick One While He's Away" and The Dirty Mac's rendition of The Beatles' "Yer Blues". Consequently, The Rolling Stones shelved the project for the time being, with the intention of working on it further, but with Brian Jones' death the following July, the moment passed and the project was left to gather dust.

After years of delays, ABKCO finally issued The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus and a tie-in home video of the event in October 1996 and it reached #92 in the US. In 2004, a DVD edition was released.

John Lennon Story - VH1 Legends - Remind the greatest musician "John Lennon"

John Lennon Story - VH1 Legends - Remind the greatest musician "John Lennon"
43.17 minutes
A profile of John Lennon, including interviews with Yoko Ono and producer George Martin, documents from his childhood, to his work with the Beatles and as a solo artist, and finally his death.

Death of John Lennon
John Lennon was an English rock musician who gained worldwide fame as one of the founders of The Beatles, for his subsequent solo career, and for his political activism. He was shot dead by Mark David Chapman at the entrance of the building where he lived, The Dakota, on Monday, 8 December 1980; Lennon had just returned from the Record Plant Studio with his wife, Yoko Ono.

Lennon was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where it was stated that nobody could have lived for more than a few minutes after sustaining such injuries. Shortly after local news stations reported Lennon's death, crowds gathered at Roosevelt Hospital and in front of The Dakota. He was cremated on 10 December 1980, at the Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, New York; the ashes were given to Ono, who chose not to hold a funeral for him.

John Winston Ono Lennon, (9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980) was an English rock musician, singer-songwriter, author, and peace activist who gained worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles. With Paul McCartney, Lennon formed one of the most influential and successful songwriting partnerships of the 20th century and "wrote some of the most popular music in rock and roll history". He is ranked the second most successful songwriter in UK singles chart history after McCartney.

Lennon revealed a rebellious nature and biting wit in his music, on film, in books, and at press conferences and interviews. He was controversial through his work as a peace activist and visual artist. After The Beatles, Lennon enjoyed a successful solo career with such acclaimed albums as John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band and Imagine and iconic songs such as "Give Peace a Chance" and "Imagine". After a self-imposed "retirement" to raise his son Sean, Lennon reemerged with a comeback album, Double Fantasy, but was murdered less than one month after its release. The album would go on to win the 1981 Grammy Award for Album of the Year.

In 2002, respondents to a BBC poll on the 100 Greatest Britons voted Lennon eighth. In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine ranked Lennon number 38 on its list of "The Immortals: The Fifty Greatest Artists of All Time" (The Beatles being number one). He was also ranked fifth greatest singer of all time by Rolling Stone in 2008. He was posthumously inducted into both the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1987 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.
